Each bedroom has a private bath & there's a 2 pc powder room off the laundry. The primary has a king bed & walkout to pool. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed & ensuite pool access. Bedroom 3 has a queen & private bath. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. And a games room! Enjoy the stunning sunsets on the water!

Everything nicely updated. Private screened lanai with water views of the marina and bay just beyond. Short walk over to the sandy beaches. Rent a golf cart and get around the resort easily as well as nearby shops and restaurants. Full resort access not available. Association pool, hot tub, nearby beach always included.

My condo is close to the beach, nightlife, public transport, and family-friendly activities. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It's minutes from Ft. Myers and Sanibel Beach. It has a King size bed in the master bedroom and two twin murphy beds in the guest room. Walking distance from a Super Target and trolley. Several outlet malls, closest is 2 miles. FYI, not handicap accessible (second floor unit). A few steps to the pool and grill.
