Hope Cottage is a quiet place to enjoy NW Arkansas.You are near bike trails and the new walking trail that goes from the swimming pool near Metfeild Skills Park to Blowing Springs. If you are a golfer, you are near one of the 8 golf courses that are available to all guests that visits Bella Vista. A swimming pool is just up the road or path- 1 mile away. It is a great walk on the new walking path. 3 Bedrooms that can comfortably sleep 6 guest. 2 modern bathrooms. 3 ROKU TVs. WiFi.

Private Country Basement

Space is on a lower level not the entire house, however the lower level has its own living room, kitchen, laundry room, bedroom, game room, and bathroom! You will enter through the front door of the main house and the stairs to your basement apartment are just a few steps away! We are located in the country, so it is very quiet, filled with deer, and the perfect place for a little getaway. Also, WiFi isn’t the best living in the country- it can be slow:( but are working on it:)

The Cottage

The cottage is a nice guest house located behind my home. It has its own yard area and is private from the main house. There is a privacy fence that separates the main house from the cottage to give you your own area. I just went through it all and updated it for a nicer more comfortable place. It is located between Bentonville and Rogers . Close to most any place like Crystal Bridges, bike trails and Beaver Lake!
