It is located in the heart of Locoal-Mendon, on a very quiet street, with very little passing through. All shops within a radius of 800 m. The nearest beach is 6 min drive (Ria d 'Etel), the ocean 18 min (surf spots, kitesurfing or the quieter beaches of kerouriec, Carnac...). Tennis (free), skate park and golf nearby.
