Accès 3 mn à pied du port, commerces, services et restaurants, cinéma et accès rapide à la plage de la Tossen, piscine, GR, bus, gare. Parking privé extérieur visible des chambres, interphone. Literie de qualité (dont grand lit 160). Fourniture draps, lits faits à votre arrivée, serviettes, torchon et essui-mains.

Duplex, exceptional sea view

For rent duplex of 67 m², exceptional sea view, close to the beaches, on the 7th and 8th floors of a 20th century heritage listed building (with elevator). In bedroom 2, I can separate the 160 box spring into two 80 beds if there is a need. Enjoy the magical sunsets on the terrace. In July and August I ask for a check-in after 4 P.M. and a checkout at 10 A.M., for the other periods I can be more flexible if the apartment is not rented before or after.

Very nice apartment of 52m2 located 50 m from the beach "Octo Termen" and the port. Living room, very bright living room with fitted kitchen. (Oven, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, senseo, ...) Washing machine. Two bedrooms: One with a 160 bed and the other with a 140 bed. Linens provided and beds made upon arrival. Private parking and a cellar are also available. Very nice balcony with sunbed and garden furniture.
