If you're looking for rest and relaxation in a beach paradise that's off the beaten path, boutique and luxurious, look no further. Our beautiful two-bedroom, full two-bathroom beach getaway is located in the exclusive Sublime Samana Hotel, a Small Luxury Hotel that offers full hotel amenities such as world class spa services, two restaurants, a gym, recreational equipment for countless ocean activities and 24-hour reception services (the use of these amenities may incur additional costs at your discretion). We are located on the ground level which makes for easy access for seniors or travelers with young children or special needs. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, an outside terrace with jacuzzi and barbecue, garden and pool views and is just steps away from the white-sand beaches and crystalline waters of Playa Coson. There are two dining areas: the breakfast bar inside and the 6 person table on our outside terrace. The Living Room seats up to 6 people comfortably and is perfectly set-up for entertaining, with a new flat screen TV, DVD player, sound system and Chromecast. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, closet space, an oversized bathroom and terrace access. The second bedroom has two queen beds, flat screen TV, an oversized bathroom and also has terrace access. The unit has full air-conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort. Daily cleaning service is provided by the hotel, and additional services such as laundry, dry cleaning and meal preparation can be arranged directly through the reception. Sublime Samana is an experience like no other, its understated luxury is defined by its unique location, the warmth of its staff and its attention to detail. The seven-acre, low density and boutique property centers around the expansive canal of pools stretching nearly 500 feet from end-to-end. From the moment you arrive, the warm sea breezes and the soothing sound of the waves crashing against the shore transport you to a relaxed state of mind. Guests have full access to our entire place and the common areas on property including: pools, beach, beach amenities (such as free rental equipment for ocean and recreational activities, lounge chairs, cocktail and restaurant service, paddle board, boogie board, kayaks and bikes); tennis court; kids play area; gym and restaurants. A full-service, tropical garden spa is available on-site and bookings can be arranged via the hotel reception. Use of certain amenities may incur additional costs at the guests discretion (i.e spa and restaurant services). We are always connected to our property, either directly through our guests or via the staff at hotel reception. Any inquiry you have can be resolved by hotel concierge service - from booking tours to finding your local pharmacy. We are always available, ready and willing to meet the requests of our guests. Walk directly to Coson Beach from the apartment or head to Las Terrenas just a 10-minute drive away. The village offers an authentic Dominican beach-town experience with a diverse range of restaurants, bars and entertainment and where locals and tourists mingle in perfect harmony to create one of the Caribbean's most unique destinations. Activities include: Whale watching in Samana Bay (Dec-March); zipline; boatrides to private beaches; fishing; wind and water sports, among others. Transportation to and from the airport, or to town can be arranged directly with the reception at Sublime Samana. If you are renting a car, parking is included in your stay. We recommend flying into one of these airports: From Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ): 2 hour drive From El Catey Airport (AZS): 20 minute drive Sublime Samaná is literally a slice of heaven on Earth. Our apartment is part of a Small Luxury Hotel of the World where no detail is left unturned. Pools, bars, restaurants, spas...are all impeccable both in service and friendliness of staff. Children are uniquely catered to, all pools have ample shallow ends where young ones can wade and play and parents can be stress-free. On the beach, just ask the staff for beach toys, boogie or paddle boards, kayaks or bikes. As for accessibility, our apartment is on the ground floor with wide doors and no steps (though there is a small ledge in the shower door); there's also a "Joy on the Beach Wheel Chair" for guests with limited mobility to enjoy the beauty of Playa Coson. Sublime Samaná is a special and enchanting place you'll never forget.

I’m an American, retired in Las Terrenas, one of the most sought after locations in the Dominican Republic, with some of the most amazing beaches. I travel extensively, so, when I am away, I offer my amazing condominium for rental. Two bedroom condominium on the second floor, with each bedroom having a bathroom with shower. Completely remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Indoor living room. Expansive outdoor space, with outdoor dining room and living room. Apartment sized washer and dryer.
