The cosy little appartment ist located only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are two bakeries, a butcher's shop, 4 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from Appartments Entrance.

The apartment is on the 1st floor. My parents (Rolf & Birgit) live in the lower apartment, greet all guests warmly and make the check-in. The property can only be booked without animals. Absolutely no smoking in the house! Smoking allowed on the balcony (close balcony door!). After consultation with my parents, the barbecue area and the garden can be used. My parents are also happy about contact with the guests. There are some board games and the like in the apartment.

Our "Apartment Talblick", renovated in 2022, is located in our old, original Black Forest farmhouse with beautiful views of Oberharmersbach and the Brandenkopf. Secluded and yet close to the center you can enjoy your holiday here. Hikes and bike rides can be started right outside the front door. A penny food discounter is within walking distance (600 meters). Excursion destinations such as Europa-Park, Vogtsbauernhöfe, Triberg, ... are easily accessible.

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of our quaint half-timbered house anno 1890. The small town of Aach is only a 5-minute drive from Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base to discover the Black Forest.
