This fun family-friendly lower house is in a quiet suburban area. The lower house sleeps 8 adults in beds. We can accommodate up to 4 children on air mattress/sleeping bag. Enjoy exclusive use of the full kitchen, game room, bar, and indoor gas fireplace, and the adjoining backyard with its pristine gardens, pool, custom hot tub, and grill/fireplace area. Chanticleer, Valley Forge Park, and Longwood Gardens are family favorites. The owners in the upper house will make sure your stay is perfect.

Easy parking directly outside of the barn. Our space is best suited for short term stays, so we limit bookings to one week.
