Relaxing holiday in a residential trailer

We invite you to relax in nature. Our cozy trailer is standing alone on a large meadow. At our farm next door there are 2 English bulldogs. They are very in need of love and welcome every visitor. There are 2 more cats and plenty of chicks that provide you with fresh eggs. Our rabbits are looking forward to dandelion. We also have sheep with your lambs that are in the farmhouse or near the farmhouse, depending on the position of the feed. 2 bathing lakes are just around the corner.

Description We, the Kenkel family, have been living in the old mansion from 1938 since 2006, which was built by Frl. Paula Rath was built as an economic house to the Dammerstorfer estate and was sold in 1942 to the aircraft manufacturer Ernst Heinkel as a hunting lodge. Our 2ha farm is located on the L19 between Bad Sülze and Sanitz, about 20km east of Rostock and 30km from the Baltic Sea in the middle of an approx. The 3 ca 150qm gr. We provide parking spaces for caravans, etc.

The Schwalbenhof and our little troll by the pond

A large, old three-sided farm in the middle of the countryside, one hectare of natural garden, a small lake, a jetty.... And at the very end of the property you can see our old-timer caravan. ... flocks of swallows and the concert of frogs, a sea of flowers and a wildflower meadow, beautiful views of the hilly landscape ... and lots of peace and quiet! You can spend a very relaxing time here in the middle of nature. Not much happens here, but what does happen is wonderful.

My accommodation: a construction car that was once a garden house that was placed on a mobile frame. The construction car was provided with a covered veranda, received a completely new, tasteful interior with lighting, folding beds, retractable table, etc., and now stands on a large sheep meadow, between old fruit trees, beech hedges and currant bushes, directly on the Elbe dike. On the property: a utility kitchen, a sauna with toilet and shower for the construction car.

Beautiful construction car for rent. 8m x2.50m. plus a bay window of 4mx2m. We have renovated the car for a year with attention to detail. New colors inside/out. New oven, furniture, washing facilities inside/outside, an outdoor toilet (NO Plumsclo) and - kitchen built. 15 km from the Baltic Sea. Not far from the Hanseatic city of Wismar. 20 minutes by car from the island of Poel. In the village there is a small shopping (no maps) and a gastronomy with bowling alley.

Circus trailer, Coast

Since summer 2023, the restoration of my beautiful circus wagon has been completed and he is looking forward to nice guests. 3 km to the Baltic Sea, meadow is shared with two shy sheep, next door chickens without a loud rooster, composting toilet. Another Air BnB wagon is in the same garden next door. Refrigerator, shower facility, trampoline and fire pit are partly shared with the host family (s). Sauna use, use of a bicycle is available at additional cost.
