The house is located 3 km away from the Baltic Sea and offers a fully equipped kitchen (even a bread-making machine!), spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna and ca. 2000 sqm garden with a large fire pit, deck chairs and a gas grill. The surroundings are peaceful and the view of nearby church in the village is just amazing. This is a place for people who want to celebrate their free time with their loved ones.

The property has one living room (4x6m) with sheep sofa. From here you have a very nice view over the Lake. In the sleeping cabin there is only space for a double bed 1,40m x 2 m long). The small kitchen is equipped with stove, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Bathroom with toilet and shower. May and mid-September can be heated with an infrared radiator. From the terrace, you can reach the jetty via two stairs. For swimming you cross the reed.

The holiday home with two separate apartments of different sizes stands on a 1000 m² large and separate recreational property in a central location opposite the "Luna Park". The Peenestrom is only about 50 m away (swimming area about 1.6 km).
