On the ground floor there is a cellar, a living room with fireplace and a toilet with shower and washing machine. The open plot of 7000 m2 slopes southwards, has a stream and a pond, beautifully located in a quiet place between fields, mountains and forests. The track from Hunnebostrands passes on two sides. A beautiful walk through the forest leads into the community, about 1.5 km.

In the living room there is a sofa bed that is 140 cm wide if you make it. The kitchen has an induction stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, fizzy drinks maker and coffee maker. In the living room there is a newly fitted fireplace and space to sit 6-8 people at the kitchen table. TV with standard selection of channels, as well as wireless Wi-Fi. We in the family live in the basement ourselves, completely secluded. We are often away and you should feel like you have the front garden, the patio and the house to yourselves

Stuga i Bokenäs.

Välkommen till vår nybyggda stuga på 30 m2 i Bokenäs. Det är 1,5 km ner till badvik (Rörbäck) vid havet. Till stugan hör en avskild mindre uteplats med utemöbler och grill. I stugan finns det mesta. Kök med diskmaskin, badrum med dusch och tvättmaskin. Det finns fyra sängar 80x200 uppe på loftet. Ej ståhöjd uppe och trappan upp är lite brant. I vardagsrummet finns kamin, och enkel bäddsoffa för två som kan sova nära. Kommer ni en familj med 3-4 barn går det om man vill.

Beautifully located authentic cabin close to the sea in the little fisherman’s-village of Bovallstrand, on the Swedish west-coast. The house has a unique overview of a valley and river, running into the sea. The tranquility of nature can be enjoyed while still being very central and close to shops. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation, 2 km from Nordens Ark, with proximity to forest and nature with only 20 minutes from brewing life and salty baths on Smögen. 7 minutes by car to Röds swimming area, but there is also a jetty to swim from at Nordens Ark. It takes about 15 minutes by car to Bovallstrand, Hunnebostrand and Kungshamn. 25 minutes by car to Lysekil.
