THERE IS A LATE CHECK IN FEE OF 30 EUROS FOR CHECK-INS BETWEEN (22:00h-24:00h) and 40 EUROS FOR CHECK IN BETWEEN (24:00H -07:00H) AEROBUSS STOP NUMBER 21. DUE TO LOCAL REGULATIONS TURISTS MUST PAY 2 EUROS PER DAY FOR THE FIRST 7DAYS OF THEIR STAYS. This amazing 3 bedroom apartment is right by the sea and has breathtaking views. It's 15 minutes away (bus) from the historical centre and has two malls right next to it, one is 1 minute away and the other (Forum Madeira) is just 5 mins away.

Big flat with game room & terrace to ocean views

In this modern designed apartment it is easy to be together. The place is spacious and you avoid stairs if you use the elevator to first floor. 2 bedrooms have king size beds, Swedish standard and 2 bedrooms have queen size beds. Hotel standard with big TVs in every bedroom. View is stunning and there is a terrace outside every bedroom. By the terrace there’s a big party room, all by yourselves, with pooltable, bbq, bar, football game and lounge furnitures. License for 8 guests max.

An elegant two bedroom self -catering apartment is situated in Lido area the prime location in town. A very busy area too! It has 2 private balconies with sea view. There is a parking place available in the garage buildng. WARNING Since October 1st, a tourist tax of €2/day/person must be charged for a maximum of seven days . The corresponding amount must be paid in cash on the day of check-in. This amount will then be transferred to the Funchal City Council by the host.
