In a unique location is this newly renovated lake cottage with access to its own SPA with sea views! The cottage is located at Lilla Hammarsnäs2 km outside Höllviken. The area is know for its rich nature and culture. The cabin is about 30 sqm and is equipped with small kitchenette (hot plates and small oven), fridge and freezer, large dining table and a double bed and is therefore suitable for 1-2 people. Towels and bed sheets are included. SPA access is included. Cleaning is not included. Sauna is not available. Kayaks and rowboat can be rented.

In a few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we have taken care of every square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The property - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

Cozy country house with plenty of space, and good opportunities for relaxing with swimming and sauna! The cottage is child-friendly with plenty of spaces for play both indoors and outdoors. There is a playground, treehouse, trampoline and generous surfaces with lawn. Here is cozy to be all year round, during the winter months you are happy to stay at home and enjoy the sauna and hot bath, or why not an icy morning swim in the nearby lake? In the summertime, the bike ride Bosarpasjön is 3 km away!

underbar utsikt över åsen. Litet hus med säng, bäddsoffa inkl sängkläder. Nybyggd toalett, dusch och kök (inte helt klart men allt går att använda(se bilder). Gasolgrill, kaffekokare.Nära en fin sjö.Vi har även en liten uppvärmd jaccuzzi på vår altan man kan hyra. Det ingår barn och hundar i trädgården som hörs och syns! Ni har en del av trädgården för er själva. Underbar omgivning, Promenadvägar upp på söderåsen. Nära till naturreservat. 5 min till affär,café att köra
