Our home is located on a 16 Acre PRIVATE Lake. *Traverse City 14 miles *Sleeping Bear Dune 31 miles *Crystal Moutain 17 miles Smart TV Coffee Netflix Private Lake Access Fiber Optic WI-FI Full Kitchen A Recent Review The home was very clean and updated. Having the use of a boat was awesome, and the lake was great for fishing. Very good sound proofing between the duplexes. Never heard the neighbors once!

Cute and cozy little cabin just a couple miles from state land. 1 mile from the county fairgrounds. 1 1/2 miles from town. Enjoy all Evart has to offer such as all of our state land trails for riding dirt bikes , quads, hunting ,mushrooming. We are 1 1/2 miles from rails to trails to enjoy a great day of bicycling. Less than 2 miles from the Muskegon river to go canoeing or tubing down the river. There are 2 golf course about 5 -6 miles away . Yes ,we now have WIFI !!!! Star Gazing, sunsets.

The condo is on gorgeous East Grand Traverse Bay. The Suite was recently fully renovated. It is clean and comfortable for couples, families and friends. Close to restaurants, wineries, Horse Expo, golfing, putt putt, casino, downtown Traverse city and much more. Two queen size beds are on one side of the suite and queen size sleeper sofa is on the other side with a living area and kitchen. Both sides have full bath, tv and room to lounge. Our place is close to a paved walking/biking trail called the TART Trail, with a peek of Cedar Lake, and about a block west of West GT Bay with access to a Marina and Boat Launch. It is situated at the base of the Leelanau Peninsula and 5-10 minutes from downtown Traverse City depending on traffic. We absolutely love this home and know that you will too!
