Welcome to our charming cottage in the heart of nature! Here you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay, surrounded by lush forest, beautiful views and lake bathing. The cottage offers a perfect retreat for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and experience the tranquility of the countryside. The cottage is cozy decorated and has an open plan. In the cottage there is a kitchenette with all you need to cook. Beds are in the sleeping loft and the bathroom is newly renovated with shower and WC.

The ground floor has a large kitchen and dining area as well as a TV corner with fireplace. On the large terrace and own plot you can relax and enjoy life. The house is located in a nice holiday area with access to bathing area and many promedad roads in nature. In the lakes you can fish and in the forest you will find both mushrooms and berries.

Rural setting and with the lake & nature on your doorstep. 20 mins from Landvetter airport and 30 mins from Göteborg/Borås/Kungsbacka. Cozy guest house with one main bedroom and a loft. This is the place for the outdoorsy type -beautiful and peaceful surroundings for walks, biking kayaking and swimming. Private beach & jetty, no neighbors (except for me and my family ;) near by. Boat, Kayaks, SUP, woodburning sauna- and hot tub available. This is the place to relax and rewind!

Svanshult, Fjärås, Sweden

Welcome to Svanshult, a scenic and rural cottage within relatively close distance to Gothenburg. A newly-built cottage with most amenities imaginable. There is a double bed and a sofa bed and the possibility of an extra bed. Patio with access to a charcoal grill and also a jacuzzi available for an additional fee. Road to Gothenburg 40 min and 20 min to the nearest store/ Pharmacy etc.. Swim by the sea (20 min) or by any nearby lake. See you, Magnus and Monika

A view to die for (Évika 5)

We had a spot on our land with a view to die for, but too small for raising a house. The solution is this camper with its luxurious amenities and fully serviced: connection to the electric grid, unlimited water, gas, bedwear, cleaning upon departure. It can comfortably fit two adults and two children, with one permanent double bed and one that can be made up in the dining aread at the other end of the camper. Available only between June and September.

An apartment in villa

It is close to hiking trails, fishing, golf and lakes & swimming. The vicinity of: Borås 26 km Varberg 54 km Gothenburg 49 km Ullared 42km. Landvetter Airport 35km Outdoor bathroom 1km Playground 4 minutes walking distance The house is split into 2 flats with 2 individual entrances. You will be staying on the lower floor of the house. We who rent out, live in the upper part of the house with our 3 children and two cats. No smoking!

Fully equipped fresh loft apartment 60m2 floor heating. Access to laundry room. BBQ is available. Access to your own part of the garden with table and chairs. Sauna by the lake for hire! And then there is a possibility to take a swim from our jetty.
