Private entrance to private second floor space above garage of owner’s home, no shared walls once upstairs. Kitchenette has a sink, microwave, toaster and small fridge. One queen bed and two futon couches. Projector with movie screen and small smart tv. Driveway has basketball hoop. No smoking/vaping inside nor outside.

Trey’s Place

Beautiful quiet neighborhood in Southeast Eugene, near the University of Oregon. The side entrance leads through a shared space to a separate two bedroom suite on a lower level. The queen bedroom and a second room with a sofa bed both have large windows providing great natural light. A newly remodeled bathroom and a hallway kitchenette finish off the suite. Renters share off street parking and a shaded seasonal private deck and yard.
