Unwind in this quiet and modern townhouse in the Golfresidenz Grömitz. The beaches and promenade of Grömitz are only about a 12-minute walk away. Use of the indoor pool (12m x 8m) is free of charge, use of the (simple) sauna for a small fee possible (outbuilding, 1 min. walk). The house has a spacious living and dining area, 2 bedrooms, as well as a terrace over corner with south and east orientation. Bed linen/towels provided for a fee on request.

The townhouse is perfect for 3 -4 people. From here it is a stone's throw to the tourist high castles Travemünde, Niendorf and Timmendorf or to Lübeck. Due to its location on the Dummersdorfer Ufer nature reserve, you are in a fantastic environment away from the hustle and bustle.

The property is only separated from the Plauer See by a low-traffic side street. The facilities leave nothing to be desired. In front of the house is a bathing lawn with seasonal gastronomy. In a few minutes you can reach two restaurants, a kiosk, the marina with motorboat rental and the ferry jetty. A parking lot for two vehicles is right next to the house. Linens and towels are included. The house was completely renovated in February 2019.

Our cottage has about 110 m2 of living space and will be 100 years old this year. It is located in a quiet residential area of Stralsund, yet it is only 5 minutes by bike or car to the historic old town. If you don't mind that a hallway of the wooden floor creaks, or a cable has been put away over the years, you are welcome to get to know and enjoy Stralsund, Rügen and the surrounding area.
