beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! In der oberen Etage befinden sich die beiden Schlafzimmer.

The property is only separated from the Plauer See by a low-traffic side street. The facilities leave nothing to be desired. In front of the house is a bathing lawn with seasonal gastronomy. In a few minutes you can reach two restaurants, a kiosk, the marina with motorboat rental and the ferry jetty. A parking lot for two vehicles is right next to the house. Linens and towels are included. The house was completely renovated in February 2019.
