The quiet and very central apartment on the 3rd floor is newly furnished and offers a unique view of the ruins of the abbey, the city center/market place and the city church. Relax and park your car, as all the shops and restaurants are within walking distance; as is the Kurpark , Schildepark and Jahnpark. Every Tuesday and Friday there is a weekly market with merchants and was from the region. Direct connection to the A4/A5/A7 and beautiful bike paths in the area

Quiet, central access and step-free on the first floor

The house - on a quiet footpath on the edge of the pedestrian zone - cannot be reached directly by car. Parking there is therefore not possible. A "green" bridge leads to the floor-heated apartment without steps. All rooms - the bedrooms have laminate floors, the others are tiled - have natural light. The terrace - facing south and with umbrella - allows for outdoor breakfast in summer, for example. For children there is a beautiful playground about 80 m away.

The guest apartment is on the ground floor of a listed half-timbered house, the former Obermühle in Kaufungen. The house is quietly located in the old town center on the river "Losse" , directly on the hiking trails of the Kaufunger Waldes and below the collegiate church. It is a 5 minute walk to the shops and practices of the town center, it takes about 10 minutes to get to the tram.

This special apartment has its own style. Combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom in a bungalow. Starting in June with a pool! The pool is also used by the cottage. In the adjacent apartment, I live as an owner and a small old dog (you may meet him in the garden or on the terrace). This apartment is not accessible!
