In winter, it is known as a paradise for cross-country skiers and ski tourers and scores with proximity to Hallstatt or Bad Ischl. The place2be impresses with a central location with lots of sun and unique views of the mountains from the living space.

The apartment is fully equipped, from dishwasher to gas grill to blender, 2xTV. With sauna, garden, terrace.... It is a 3-minute drive to the reservoir. The river Steyrling flows not far from the house. In summer there are beautiful gravel benches and the possibility to refresh yourself. (200m from the house). Loft apartman located on the river in historical center. Fully remodeled part of 14th century Unesco building. Location cannot get any better.
