Chalet with large enclosed lot located in the municipality of Charavines, 200 m walk from the lake. Fully equipped: ground floor: kitchen living room with dishwasher, oven and hob , TV lounge clic clac , bathroom with washing machine , wc and bedroom with a double bed. Under the attic, a large space with double bed, single bed and play area for children ( toys , books) Outdoor BBQ and shed with outdoor toys for the kids. At the back of the garden, the chicken coop is new.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. I have 2 small children so everything is suitable for children (umbrella bed, high chairs, bathtubs, games, changing table...). Please note that this is my place so it has all our belongings. I will of course free a few shelves for the storage of your belongings. There is a large 2000m2 garden with cabin and playground for children. It's very quiet. Towels and sheets are provided for a supplement of 20 euros.
