Entire house 6 travelers 3 bedrooms - 5 beds - 2 bathrooms - private swimming pool - several terraces - parking (electric charger). “Cabin” on the port of La Teste. 10 minutes from the beaches and dune of Pilat. Authentic oyster farming district. Train station 400m away. Atypical for the comfort provided by the wood, its terraces, its water environment (between the port and the 'canelot'), its views, its swimming pool and the neighbor's oysters - the best in the Basin. This is my personal home.

Exceptional location for this beautiful villa of about 130 m2 on a plot of 600 m2 100 m from Santocha beach, 800 m from the city center, with 3 parking spaces, terrace, private garden overlooking the dune!
