Located on the World Famous Isle of Man TT Mountain Race Course. Wonderful views over the South of the Island and Scotland. 4.5 Miles from the City of Peel and 4 miles from Kirk Michael.

'Breesha's Cottage' is a recently rescued traditional Manx stone cottage. In Ballaugh Village just 50m off the famous Ballaugh Bridge on the TT circuit, with fabulous views of the hills above Sulby Glen. A beautiful spot for relaxing, walking, cycling or watching the motorsports. A local shop just 50m away and a great pub at the end of the lane . A lovely quiet sandy/pebbly beach is 2 miles away and great walks in the hills just up the lane to the glen. IOM tourism registered- 4 star.

Ballarhennie House is a large holiday home set in spacious grounds. The property is situated just a short distance from miles of sandy beaches, near to Kirk Michael on the west coast of the Isle of Man. The house has three bedrooms, consisting of a twin room and two doubles (all of which are en-suite). A large lounge offers comfortable seating for all guests, complete with a full sized pool table, table tennis and a bar!

The cottage is situated up a long private lane amongst acres of farmland, private glens and gardens, making for a secluded and relaxing stay. The village is a 15 minute walk away, where guests can find shops, the pub and a sandy beach which stretches for miles.

Country location, ensuite room

Ballaugh is quiet village located on the west side of the island but within walking distance of an excellent bus service, local pub, well stocked shop, church, beach and some beautiful country walks. This ensuite room is adjoining the main house but in its own separate annex which offers its own entry and exit and as such guests are free to come and go as they please with their own keys for privacy and added security.
