A 7.5 Kw EV charging point is available, with costs based on usage and electricity cost. In the pleasant village of Great Waldingfield, with a pub, village shop, and close to Sudbury (3 miles), Lavenham (4 miles), Bury St. Edmunds(16 miles). We live next door so are happy to help with directions and what to do in the area.

Our family has been holidaying at Westdene for four generations and it just gets better every year! Whatever time you choose to visit this unique part of Suffolk, there is a never-ending list of things to do. We have Netflix or Monopoly for the few rainy days and bikes and outdoor table tennis for sunny days. The house feels so spacious, but you will feel instantly at home. We are five minutes walk from the sea; two minutes from the pub; four minutes from the boating lake and golf club.

Dog friendly Free parking, balcony doors over looking the sea, sit and watch the boats go past the window, 10 mins walking distance to beach and town center. Bright happy home. 3 bedrooms , 1 king bed, 1 double day bed, triple bunk bed (for children) Outside area all fenced and secured .
