Our apartment is located in an apartment building in the wooded and water-rich district of Berlin (Köpenick). We offer you a holiday apartment in Berlin-Friedrichshagen directly on the Müggelspree about 500m in front of the Müggelsee. The apartment can accommodate 2 people with a child. Pets are allowed. The apartment consists of a large room with 6 windows that allow a beautiful view. The kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave invites you to cook. We also offer a seating area with TV, a separate work area with desk and Internet access. The bedroom with double bed (bed linen & towels are provided) is under the roof. The apartment includes a modern shower room. After a 5-minute walk, you are already on the historic Bölschestraße, which invites you for a leisurely stroll with over 100 shops, a cinema (in summer also outdoor cinema) and restaurants. A quick supply of food is ensured with supermarkets within walking distance. By bike you can explore the surrounding area or start a small or large excursion through the Spree Tunnel. At Müggelsee you have the opportunity to explore and enjoy the surroundings from the water with various motor ships. The tram takes about 15 minutes to the old town of Köpenick, where you can visit the famous town hall of Köpenick with its ratchet cellar and the completely renovated castle with current art exhibitions. From Friedrichshagen S-Bahn station (15 minutes walk or tram) you can immerse yourself in the bustle of Berlin in just 30 minutes.

Es ist nicht groß, aber hat allen Komfort ohne fancy zu sein. Das Häuschen ist charmant und alt. Berlins Zentrum und Potsdam sind schnell erreicht. Eigener Zugang, Balkon mit Wasserblick, Terrasse und Garten rum herum. Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Badewanne, Schlafzimmer und extra Schlafplatz gegen Aufpreis auf der Bettcouch. Kein designer-tinyhouse mit standard Ikea Bemöbelung. Wir wohnen nebenan, also nie ein Zugang- oder Schlüsselproblem. Wir sind am Mauerweg. Auch Haustiere sind willkommen.

Feel at home in my cosy flat (40m2). One big room with a comfortable double bed 160x200cm. You have acces to kitchen and bathroom as well as terrace. The flat has its own entrance. Just 2 min away, there is a pretty lake. The house has parking place free of charge. A big Supermarket Netto is at the trainsstation where you can take a Regional Train to Berlin city centre twice an hour. The place is perfect for Nature Lovers, as there are many lakes in short distance around the area.

Pure relaxation on the pulse of Berlin. For many years we have enjoyed living on the water and it has always been our desire to bring this lifestyle closer to others. This thought came up with the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry ship Bj. 1925 is located close to the city right in front of the Rummelsburger Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and take a break from everyday life.

Dear guests, my accommodation is located in a family house in the quiet Falkensee. The adjacent Falkenhagener See invites you to swim in the summer and to skate in winter. In the nearby forest you can relax or cycle into the pretty surrounding area. On the doorstep, the bus 652 goes to Falkensee train station in a few minutes. With the regional train you are within 15 minutes travel time in the Berlin City. Or you can use the Park & Ride in the train station as a driver.

Our place is close to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. Tesla Gigafactory is about 20 minutes by car (16 km). There is a great lake view with immediate proximity to the forest. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.

Our holiday bungalows B1 and B2 are located on a large, quiet plot on the banks of the Müggelspree. Both are identical in terms of layout and equipment and meet above-average requirements. They are easily accessible by car and public transport. Lots of parking on the premises. Various shops and restaurants nearby. For relaxation and sports, garden furniture, play equipment, bikes and paddle boats can be used freely. And the city of Berlin is very close!

Our house is located 30 minutes from Berlin center, quiet on a protected landscape area . There is direct access to the lake, where swimming is allowed, but it is usually only used as fishing waters. The house is renovated and technically up to date, including electric shutters, W-LAN, Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ and all Sky packages. With wooden playground, hammocks, Hollywood swing, sun loungers, and a big terrace for grilling.

The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5 meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can be booked at any time with me.
