It is a traditional house located on the edge of the village overlooking the highest peaks of the peninsula, the Mulhacén 3482 and the Veleta. I look with your mobility capacity as there are many slopes in the village and stairs in the house. During summer on the "terrace" there can be flies and smells to cattle as there is a cabreriza nearby. You can park or use for loading and unloading the small parking of the Espeñuelas that stays 15 meters from the house but first make sure they can drive .

Charming rural home Casa Pepa

I've known Moclin since I was little, my summers have been in this village with so many centuries of history. I have walked their trails, walked through their Arabian castle, got lost in its narrow streets. That's why I invite you to visit my house where you can enjoy its fully renovated rooms, its typical Andaluz courtyard with a small but comfortable detachable pool and its wonderful fireplace for winter. Beautiful and modern house, in a very quiet area with very few neighbors. Light pours into the spacious living room from dawn, as it faces the rising sun.The natural plants create a cozy atmosphere.
