It's a 5 minute walk away from the Lake of Geneva, a short walk to the train station (10 minutes) and nestled between the mountains and the lake. Only 15 minutes from Evian and 20 minutes from Montreux, this is house is just 2 minutes from the Swiss border.

Mountain flat for 4, beautiful view

You could nearly jump from the flat to join the ski lessons! Flat for 4 persons , at the first floor with lift. A balcony looking at East, the sunrise , for the living-room and its kitchenette. There is a room with bunk beds , and a complete bathroom. Canopy in the living. Washmachines in the building ; ski dressing , parking. Shops and restaurants in the village, post office. The flat is no smoking but you can smoke in the balcony.

Joli appartement en face du lac Léman. Il se trouve au premier étage (juste 3 marches à monter) donc son accès est facile.
