Our family apartment has a private garden and its own private swimming pool in a very central neighborhood in Rome, just a short stroll from Piazza del Popolo. It has been meticulously designed and renovated. There is an open-plan layout with a spacious living room, a dining area with a table seating up to 8 and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed (180x200cm) and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm). There's a second family bathroom.

Only a 4 min walk to the gorgeous Spanish Steps, 2 min to Piazza del Popolo and 4 min to Villa Borghese, in the very heart of the historical city centre of Rome, within walking distance to all sights, cozy and quiet apartment with great balcony. You will get a true Roman feel staying here, coming out of the building everyday and immersing yourself in the buzz of Roma, : all you will have to do is start walking around. You will be in the very heart of Rome, you will not have to get there !

Trastevere is one of the most picturesque areas in the city. The district has an authentic feel and the independent shops and cafes are frequented by locals. Tram and bus stops are located on Viale di Trastevere 5 minutes' walk from the apartment. Parking: parking on the road is possible. Very difficult to find free spots but possible, otherwise the parking fee is approx. 8 euro per day on the road or €20/25 in a private garage.
