Lovely newly built apartment,finely furnished in a quiet area.Ideal for two people. Bathroom with shower, kitchen and small park in front of the house. 2km (15 min. by bicycle)from the beautiful Margherita promenade and the equipped sea. Natural park in a protected area (free beach,dunes ,pine forest ) 5 km away! Viareggio Station is 1 km( 10 minutes walk) trains every 30 min. to Pisa, Lucca,Florence ,Siena and Cinque Terre. Bicycles for free use!

Dear Guest, Welcome to our home. Which is full of light and modern design. Situated in a quiet part of Viareggio, just a 10min walk from the promenade and of course the sea. The main train station which is just a few minutes away by foot will take you to see beautiful cities like, Lucca, Pisa and Florence. This is a very special place in which I am sure you will definitely feel the same and come back time and again if not only for the food!

Just renovated, studio in viareggina 150 meters from the sea, the pine forest and the pedestrian center of Viareggio. The accommodation consists of a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a well-equipped kitchenette. Small outdoor courtyard. Television and wi.fi. In July and August, we do not accept bookings less than 7 nights; however, it is advisable to contact us if it is necessary to change the conditions.
