The district Radolfzell Böhringen has a very beautiful nature reserve, and is a good starting point for excursions of any kind.The A 81 is 3 minutes away by car, so you have a good connection to the transport network. Konstanz and Switzerland can be reached in 25 minutes. The apartment is ideal for 3 people, on request also 4 people possible.

The holiday home is located in a former barn with a stork's nest, which has been expanded modern. The large living and dining area is characterized by a very large ceiling height and a lot of air (4.20 m height), the fully glazed barn gate brings light into the room. The bedroom (former cowshed) is located inside and therefore particularly quiet. Other rooms: kitchen, pantry (spacious storage for suitcases, etc.), hallway, bathroom with walk-in shower.

Beautiful apartment 1 in new wooden house 100m to the lake

Run to the lake in bathing suits in the morning and swim for a small round, then enjoy breakfast in the sunshine on the terrace and then spend the day in the beach pool 2 minutes away. In the evening stroll into the beautiful old town of Überlingen and then end the evening on the terrace. Either way, it could look like a holiday in our holiday apartment on Lake Constance.

A lovely self-catering flat, with separate entrance, available for short breaks or longer holidays. Situated near the amazing medieval town of Stein am Rhein, only 3 min drive and 8 min walk to the fabulous Lake Constance. One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa-bed (160 cm) in the lounge. (No door between the two rooms.)
