Cozy house with enclosed garden, football goal, playhouse and trampoline. Nice terrace and lounge in the garden. The house contains 4 large rooms and 3 bathrooms with toilet. We are close to the city center 5 minutes on foot. 10 minutes walk to Limfjorden. Shopping is less than 5 minutes away. Green space across the road. Stand on Sup at Cable park Thisted, 10 minutes away by car. Klitmøller is only 15 minutes away by car. A quiet road, perfect for both the elderly, young and families with children. Delicious and cozy summerhouse with fjord view

In Skyum Østerstrand, this summerhouse is exceptional. The house from 2011 is two houses connected by a covered hallway with hardwood floors. The house is suitable for year-round use and has a low energy consumption through solar cells and good insulation. Heating is done with a heat pump, which also acts as air conditioning. The house is suitable for a long holiday where you have the opportunity to be mindful of about relaxation or work. The house has three rooms with double beds and wardrobes.
