Fast WIFI, full kitchen, HDTV, CATV, W/D. 2024 laminate; tile. Unusual perks: Well-lit, level, easy street parking. Quiet street. 15-20' to PDX 24/7. Walkable to SE Portland's best food, pubs, shops, etc.
