Keine Nachbarn die vom Kinderlachen gestört werden. Auch zum Ausspannen mit Freunden hervorragend geeignet. Die Lodge liegt auf etwa 600m mit Blick über das Mostviertel. Genießen Sie ein gutes Buch und eine Tasse Tee an der großen Panoramascheibe mit Blick ins Grüne. Möglicherweise kommt auch ein Reh vorbei..

Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.

In times of Corin Virus we pay special attention to cleaning the surfaces! For rent is a cozy old building, lovingly furnished and too bad to leave it empty. We are a family of 4 with dog and we are happy about every guest, with or without dog! 5 minutes walk from Rosenau Train Station and a local service provider. Around there are walking paths up to Sonntagberg. Free Wi-Fi in every room.

Loft apartman located on the river in historical center. Fully remodeled part of 14th century Unesco building. Location cannot get any better. It is open concept the loft but will sleep comfortably 7 people. One king bed two single beds one convertible comfortable couch and one additional mattress bed.
