Es gibt einen Aufenthaltsraum und eine gemeinsame Küche mit riesigem, überdachten Balkon. Das Haus umgibt ein herrlicher Garten mit kleinem Teich, der den Gästen nach Absprache zur ruhigen Nutzung zur Verfügung steht. Hunde bitte nur nach vorheriger Absprache. Zusätzlich befindet sich im DG eine FeWo für 6 - 8 Personen.

Zimmer (ca. 20 qm) mit direktem Blick auf das Museumsviertel, neben den Universitäten (LMU / TU) teilweise mit Stilmöbeln ausgestattet. Bitte beachtet, dass sich das Zimmer im 5. OG ohne Lift befindet (67 Stufen, Altbau). Eine gute körperliche Konstitution kann somit von Vorteil sein. Für einen guten Start in den Tag bieten wir auch gerne ein kleines Frühstück an und es ergibt sich bei dieser Gelegenheit vielleicht ein zusätzlicher kommunikativer Kontakt.

Welcome to our cozy apartment in the heart of Schwabing, Munich's most vibrant district! The space is perfect for up to two guests, with a comfortable sofa bed that opens up into a bed. The apartment is located on the famous Leopoldstr, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and with easy access to public transport. Just 15 minutes from the Oktoberfest and 5 minutes from the Englischer Garten by bus. To access the kitchen, you pass through the living room.

Zum angegebenen Preis stellen wir Ihnen ein Doppelzimmer zur Verfügung, das zweite Zimmer ist verschlossen. Alternativ können Sie gegen Aufpreis auch beide Zimmer für jeweils eine Person oder für 3 - 4 Personen buchen. Die Mehrkosten in Höhe von 80 € können in bar bei Ankunft bezahlt werden.

You will have a room in a typical bavarian house. The house is at the end of a dead end. It´s very calm over there. The bed is 200 x 140 cm. If there is a second guest, I will charge an other 15.—Euro. There are 3 dogs in the house, so you shouldn´t be afraid of dogs or being allergic. They are used to other dogs. To Ammersee you have about 500 meters. If you want to visit Munic. It´s a 1 hour ride by train, or about 45 minutes by car.
