You are looking for a retreat where you can work and relax undisturbed in a stylish atmosphere. Clean, everything brand new and functional and in an ideal location. 100 meters to the S-Bahn station 3 minutes to Messe/Stuttgart Airport. 25 minutes to the center of Stuttgart, without changing trains. Directly on the A 8 with private garage. If you want to shop, you can find all the stores, groceries, organic food store, bank, pharmacy, drugstore within walking distance. In a 15 minute walk, you can reach a forest and hiking area.

Since 01.01, the holiday apartment Obertorhof is called Ferienhof Obertor. The 66m²apartment is friendly, bright and equipped with every comfort: WiFi, TV flat screen, fully equipped kitchen, walk-in shower , separate toilet. Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is wheelchair accessible and therefore ideally suited for guests with physical disabilities. Also for our little guests there is much space to play and discover.

Schönaich is conveniently located near the A8 and A81 motorways. Stuttgart Airport is about 16 km away and 25 minutes by car. By public transport (VVS), the surrounding cities and the S-Bahn are easily accessible by bus. From the apartment to the bus stop it is only a 7 minute walk. By car to the S-Bahn station Böblingen/Goldberg, it is about 15 minutes. From there, Stuttgart, the MHP Arena, ... can be reached by S1 without changing trains.

In the middle of Stuttgart and yet in countryside

With this comfortable apartment , all the important points of interest are close by-making planning your stay very easy. The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.
