Villa Dar El Ward: est une villa de haut de haut standing dans un style arabesque, très spacieuse convient aux couples comme aux familles avec enfants, très proche du parc à thème carthage land, à 1 minute de la Médina et Diar El Medina, à 15 minutes à pied de la Marina et à environ 250 m d'une belle plage. L'espace jardin est aussi agréable et entretenu que l'intérieur de la villa, une piscine privative avec entretien garantie. La villa se trouve dans un quartier calme et résidentiel.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Nice little pool, Air conditioning, Smart TV, connected alarm with notification at the caretaker's place. Really not far from the beach which is close to the Presidential Palace of Hamamet (without hesitation the best beach in Hamamet),large terasse on the top floor and large balcony in a bedroom. Crossroads nearby as well as the hotel area (2 minutes by car and 10 minutes by foot). Wifi 50go/week

S+ 1 in a newly built residence equipped with an elevator, very high standing, near the beach, 2 swimming pools for adults and children. The apartment is very well equipped: air conditioning, LED TV sheets... The day part houses a bright living room thanks to a balcony. The kitchen is furnished and opens onto a dryer. As for the night part, it houses a bedroom and a bathroom. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).
