This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 25 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

In the 18th century, this beautiful single-family house housed three families, one driver and a bakery. Today turned into a residence with several patios, several fireplaces, modern floor plan with well-preserved original features matched with focus on interior details, function and lots of love. 9 rooms, two bathrooms, large cleaning room and large professional kitchen. Our house is located close to Kottlasjön ( a lake), Breviksbadet (swimmingpools), the sea, supermarket, two restaurants, cafés, playgrounds, runningtracks in the forest and it is ten minutes drive from Stockholm city. You will like it as it is very close to beautiful nature with water (Långängen recreation area) and at the same time you have easy access to the city (public transport 150 m from the house, station Brevik). Our house suits couples and families with 1-3 kids. Baby bed is availabe.

Cozy and nice house in one plan. Private enclosed lot with no visibility. Four bedrooms, cozy living room with good seating. There is a desk and office chair in one of the rooms so you can work undisturbed if needed. Close to center, water, forest areas and shopping center. About 15 min to city with car. There is a camera in the ring doorbell that sits outside the house at the front door.

Boutique Design- perfect location..

A contemporary and cosy house with panorama windows, the nature is the art. And cheaper to rent- then the nearest Hosel (based on 4p) Have a barbecue on the deck, or go for a swim in the lake or sea close by. Enjoy your stay at this house- who are close to the city, but in the middle of serenity.. We expect to find the house in the same clean condition as we left it.
