Easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in Næstved. Less than 1 km to city center and station. 300m to Næstved Arena, stadium and high school. Small annex with sofa and TV, dining table and 2 chairs, the kitchen, private bathroom, bedroom on the lower floor with double bed 140x200. Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for bad walking or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. Karrebæksminde 10 years gl. summerhouse - panoramic sea view. 200 m to sandy beach 700 m to charming harbor environment, restaurants, fish eateries, bakery and other shopping opportunities. 500 meters to the forest. In the living room/kitchen is heating/aircon air conditioning, TV and wood-burning stove. Bathroom with shower. 1 bedroom with double bed, in addition a loft with 2 mattresses . In the secluded garden is found: small "summer" guest cottage with 2 staggered bunks. Outdoor shower, gas grill, Mexican oven. Terrace on all sides of the house.

Separate annex at our countryproperty with a lot of privacy for you. Our place is close to forest and beach. You have the possibility to rent bikes and kayaks nearby. There is 7 km to the cozy town of Præstø with several restaurants, including Frederiksminde (With a Michelin star) sited by the waterfront. 50 minuttes by car to Stevns Klint (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and to Møns Klint too. Here you can enjoy the sounds of the forest and experience life in the forest 24/7. There are no streetlights, WI-FI, or cell phone reception. Cozy cottage.

Small but cozy, farmhouse on idyllic Fejø is rented as a holiday home. The house is equipped with all necessary gear, but it is not a "de-luxe" house. Especially note that there is no wifi, just as the house is mainly equipped with older furniture and old flea finds. There is also no heat pump, underfloor heating or other new-fashioned amenities, so if you are at high comfort, the house here is absolutely nothing for you: -) It's also freezing cold in the winter!
