Wir bewohnen die unteren beiden Etagen. Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Blick auf den Schwarzwald. Sie ist für 2-5 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Max. 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder nach Abstimmung. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert(Upcycling). Unser Haus ist „relativ“ CO2 neutral(Photovoltaik u. Wärmepumpe). Waipu TV Stick.

Nice friendly appartment in Ober Ramstadt

Our house stands on the edge of the forest and is in a large garden. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, directly under the roof. It is well equipped (see equipment) and is quiet. The nearby forest invites you to jog or go for a walk. We are only a 5 minute walk to the next bus stop. This line leads directly to downtown Darmstadt. The large garden including a playground and access to the stream can be used to relax, sunbathe, play with children, have a barbecue or have a nice evening.

Forget your worries – in this spacious and quiet accommodation. Freshly renovated, walk-in access, parking right outside. Even in the greatest heat pleasantly cool and the pool is right around the corner. Wine tastings are available in the winery next door. The bike path "Liebliches Taubertal" runs about 500 m away Guided EBike tours possible. More information directly with us. We live in the house. On 50 square meters we offer a place with cozy warmth through the included fireplace. They live on the ground floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herder dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Sitting area with fireplace in the garden for free. Cost for sauna an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people only by arrangement on site. Walking with the horses can also be booked.

Hubsi is our 6.6 m long and 3.2 t heavy Tiny House, which we have designed and built ourselves. The special feature is that the sleeping area is located under the living room. In front of it is our wood stove Tiny Tube, which makes it warm in winter and creates a special atmosphere. A small bathroom consists of a dry separator toilet and a shower from an Italian red wine barrel - which is definitely an extraordinary shower experience.
