The Orchard House

**A devastating freeze in October 2020 killed all 400 of our sweet cherry trees and many of our peach trees. Sadly, our orchard is not the lush green jewel it once was. We are planting new cherry trees in the Spring of 2022. While the orchard views have changed, the Orchard House continues to offer a very comfortable place to rest and recharge. Welcome to the Round House! This one-of-a-kind, converted grain silo has everything you need to feel right at home. The bedroom is upstairs. Delta is a gateway to the Western Slope of Colorado. Grand Mesa, Black Canyon National Monument and innumerable outdoor destinations are within a short distance. Please let me know if you are traveling with a dog when you reserve. Modern country home (entire lower level, 1200 sq. feet) with magnificent views of the West Elk Mountains. Excellent internet (fiber optic) that runs at about 145 mbps. The area is well known for dark skies and great star gazing. Unlimited outdoor activities, superb wine tasting at local vineyards and easy access to Telluride, Aspen and Crested Butte. Very private space in lower level with walkout patio. Spacious bedroom has one queen bed. Two twin beds are in the oversized common space.

Stay at Western Culture Farmstead & Creamery. Enjoy an intimate goating experience at a working goat farm & creamery. You will have an entire apartment with private entrance. Welcome to Lucky Horse Ranch! Super cute and charming log cabin home with spectacular views of the West Elk Mountain range including Lamborn Mountain and Landsend Peak. If you are looking for a peaceful spot, this is it! Only 6 minutes from Crawford Reservoir, 10 minutes from Needle Rock, 10 minutes from Hotchkiss and only a few miles from the North Rim entrance of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. I love this home so much and hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I do! Please, no pets allowed.
