Flat just outside of Berlin

Generous and light flat with own patio just outside of Berlin: 3km to Müggelsee, 21km to Alexanderplatz, 6km to Berliner Ring (dual carriageway into the city). If you’re arriving late we can provide breakfast for your first morning (12€), please just let us know beforehand. Public transport is a 5 minutes walk, and by tram and train it takes ca. 45 minutes to get to the centre of Berlin. If you prefer discovering the city and surrounding areas by bike, we also have two rental bikes available.

Well connected, but still far away from the hustle and bustle of Berlin lies our small guest house. In the middle of the forest and only a ten-minute walk from Lake Müggelsee, our house offers the perfect accommodation for a short break in the countryside or for day trips to the city. The small apartment has about 30 m², a shower + toilet as well as a living/sleeping room with integrated kitchen area and is particularly suitable for couples and business travellers. If you are looking for accommodation for activities in the capital Berlin or in a beautiful, scenic environment, this is a great place to stay. The tram to Berlin is about a 7-minute walk, from there by S-Bahn to the city another about 45 minutes, by car you are in the city center in 30 minutes.

The apartment is located in a former bakery in the historic Fischererkietz. The street, with its listed houses, is reminiscent of a turn-of-the-century village street. The castle island as well as the old town with all amenities are within walking distance. In summer you can swim in the river pool or in Müggelsee. The airport BER can be reached in 45 minutes by bus (162/164) and S-Bahn (45/9). If you want to combine city trip and relaxation, this is the place to be.

Our place is close to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. Tesla Gigafactory is about 20 minutes by car (16 km). There is a great lake view with immediate proximity to the forest. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.

Over the past few years, we have dealt with ideas for modern but sustainable housing and realized our dream of a solid wood house. We have built our home completely out of natural solid wood, painted with chalk paints and rediscovered old techniques such as "lyes and soaps" of the oak planks.
