Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 meters of ceiling heights, with a direct view on our TV tower, the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). I try to offer a superior Level of Confort, closer to a hotel.

The Area is full of bars, restaurants and clothing shops, and on weekends there are grocery and fleamarkets close by.
