The house is newly built in classic Danish style that suits the area with a lot of small Danish summer houses that are close to each other and everyone greets each other. The heart of the house is a larger kitchen dining room living room area where families can cook anything from food, creative play or enjoy a great movie together. Lots of nice touches, great solutions, and great space for families 1500 m to the sea 130 m ² open patio area. No smoking, parties, and pets. There is no barbecue In case of violation of the prohibition, a fee of at least DKK 3,000 will be charged. Upon arrival, an amount of DKK 1,000 must be paid via Airbnb, Mobilepay or Pay Pal. The amount will be returned, for example, consumption.

Lovely cottage with the best location only 600 m from the wonderful beach. From the house, you have wonderful views of protected nature. There are plenty of possibilities for enjoying the lovely region, where you can hike, enjoy the sea at the vast white, sandy beaches, and explore one of the longest MBT tracks on your mountain bike, which runs close to the house. Large living and dining room and a new kitchen and bathrooms. 3 bedrooms with room for 6. Firewood for the woodstove is included.

Our new summerhouse is beautifully situated in Grønhøj south of Løkken. Approx. 300 m. to the beach and the North Sea. Groceries a few min. walk from the house. The area offers wildlife, hiking trails and cycling routes. In Løkken you will find restaurants, cafés, culture and shopping (clothes, ceramics, art, antiques, flea market). On the beach you can buy fresh fish, fish from the pier, rent surfing equipment or a beach sauna. We hope you enjoy your stay and take care of our lovely house.

This exclusive house is built with respect for nature, so it fits perfectly into the unique surroundings. You can even enjoy the view of the North Sea's blue water and effervescent waves, because the beach is just a few hundred meters away. In short, the layout consists of a nice bathroom and a two-person dino bedroom. Two more people can sleep in the bunk bed, located in a secluded niche in the beautiful living area, which also offers a dining area, upholstered benches, and an open kitchen.

Our cozy summerhouse/cottage is fully equipped with cooking, sleeping and entertainment essentials. Towels and beddings are included. High chair and baby bed for the kids is available. High capacity WiFi. EV charger available on agreement. The cottage is located at the beach with its own private dunes; very isolated but in close walking distance to a small cafe. Don't expect high-end luxury but a full equipped cozy clean cottage in the middle of Naturpark Tranum Strand.
