Großzügige Ferienwohnung, in traumhafter Lage in Simmerath- Dedenborn, direkt an der Rur gelegen. Unser Haus ist optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen auf dem Eifelsteig, rund um den Rursee und im Nationalpark. Vom eigenen Balkon aus haben Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf die Rur. Vor Ort bei uns müssen Sie ab 01.01.2025 eine Übernachtungsabgabe bar an uns entrichten. Sie besteht aus 5% des Buchungspreises. Dieser Betrag muss von uns 1:1 an die Gemeindes Simmerath weitergegeben werden!

Imagine yourself abroad...but here in South Limburg. Come spend a few nights in our wonderfully furnished PRIVATE Ibiza Style accommodation. Wellness + breakfast can be booked optionally. This paradise has a wonderful rain shower, wonderful bed, sauna and jacuzzi. Plenty of peace and privacy. A private garden with seating areas and a canopy if you want to sit outside and the weather is a bit worse. Sunbathe, go into the woods for cycling or walking, it's all possible here.

The accommodation is located directly on the beautiful swimming lake Waldsee Rieden in the first row! You'll love my place because of the beautiful bathing lake right outside the front door with completely free, fantastic views of the lake from the living room or from the terrace, the hiking opportunities on three dream trails, the cozy sauna, the perfect amenities. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and smaller groups...

Die Wohnung, ca 25 Quadratmeter und ein eigenstaendiges Gebaeude, liegt einen Steinwurf vom Rheinufer entfernt im Naherholungsgebiet der "Groov". Die Linie 7 der Straßenbahn ist fusslaeufig gelegen, genauso wie 3 Supermaerkte und weitere Einrichtungen des taeglichen Bedarfs. Die Wohnkueche ist mit Markengeraeten ausgestattet und es gibt einen kleinen Tisch zum arbeiten oder essen sowie eine Schlafcouch. Im Schlafzimmer stehen ein Doppel- Etagenbett.
