This chalet is within 6x4 and equipped with kitchen (with microwave oven and fridge), bathroom with shower and toilet, a cozy bedstee (1.40 m x 2.00 with a step) and sufficient storage space. The spacious, covered terrace of 6x3 meters (west) is easily connected with the living space. You really are at the (swimming)water of the clean puddle. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. This is our new houseboat. the reviews until 2020 relate to our old houseboat (the last picture). Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.
