The cottage is an old house completely renovated in 2019 with a terrace that offers a beautiful view on the Morvan. It is located very close to the lake of Crescent and the castle of Chastellux, a few kilometers from Vézelay, Avallon, Bazoches. Our region lends itself to walking, biking or horseback riding in unspoilt nature and allows fishing or swimming enthusiasts to indulge in their favourite pleasure. La Bascule is a hamlet of Chastellux, located between Avallon and Lormes.

Situé en bordure d'un petit hameau proche commerces et entouré de nombreux chemins de randonnée. Salle à manger/salon, cuisine équipée. Une chambre en mezzanine avec lit double et une chambre de 4 couchages (1 lit double et 2 lits simples), salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne, wc séparés. Jardin attenant avec table extérieure face à la vue et barbecue.

The house is located in a quiet residential area towards the municipal facilities. Parking is very easy. 5 min walk to the city center. The wooded park is more than 3000 m2. It is therefore fully practical for people with mobility problems. The living room is large and allows easy circulation when there are many. According to the people who tested it, we sleep there well.
