In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, a 1-room apartment is available, which contains a double bed for two, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and a further couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged favourites are also very welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, there is plenty of space on the juicy pastures in summer. There is also a riding area. In the apartment is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and microwave. Nearby bakery in the village Supermarkets - neighboring villages Großheide and Hage (approx. 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (approx. 3km) Riding club/stable - in the village North Sea (beach) - Neßmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (also) Lütetsburg Castle - Hage (7 km) North City - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (approx.16 km) The connection to public transport is not very convenient, which is why travelling by car is recommended. 120 modern, magnificent sqm on the North Sea

Aloa ihr Urlaubsreifen, bitte lest die Beschreibung ganz genau durch. Die meisten Fragen beantworten sich von ganz allein. Ebenfalls allerhand Missverständnisse. Wenn ich noch einmal lesen muss, dass die Unterkunft sehr außerhalb liegt oder es „nur eine Wohnung“ und kein ganzes Haus sei, dann muss ich weinen. Die Wohnung ist 120qm groß und bietet Platz für 8 Erwachsene und ein Baby. Pro Tag zahlt man zu viert (plus Baby) 99 Euro. Jede weitere Person kostet 15 Euro. Ein Urlaubsschnapper!

It offers 130 m² with high ceilings, large, open living area with access to the garden/terrace and luxurious kitchen - all on the ground floor.
