Originally built in 1940 as a double camping lodge with a shared bath between them, The Loft is one of those, with a home addition added on in the 1960's. When I remodeled the home I created the modern version of a one room camping lodge with a bathroom and loft sleeping area. The home is full of character and some quarks but rest assured it is absolutely comfortable, cozy and efficiently set up for your stay.

A cool space in an 1880’s mansion. 2nd bedroom (upstairs) is available to guests paying for 3 or 4 ppl, or who just want to have more room. (We only host to one party at a time, you will not be sharing the space with other guests.) There are sidewalks on both sides of the road. Not far from us is a bike trail along Muskegon Lake, we are 1 mile to Lake Michigan beach, and 1/4 mile to Lakeside, where you will find cute shops, restaurants and a nice neighborhood bar.
