2 bedroom home, kitchen, living room, toilet , private bathroom Private entrance, in house located on the heights of Apremont in Vendee with views of its 16th century castle. 5 minutes walk from the village ( restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy etc.) and the lake with its equipped beach, children's games, hiking..... Coming from the village take the D 107 first house on the right with a palm tree and a fir tree on the lawn If you see the sign at the end of the village, you have gone too far!

A pretty colonial style self catering chalet, with a three sided terrace, in the beautiful undulating countryside near Lautrec. The Duck Shed shares the two hectares green space with the main farmhouse, outbuildings and numerous large trees. The building is self sufficient, designed for two people but with a convertible double sofa in the living area. It is clad with beautiful old walnut planks and is a picture of serenity. The decor is simple and characterful, modern with warmth and charm.

The accommodation is made of a kitchen, living/dinning room, bathroom and a bedroom on the mezzanine, to which we access via the miller's stairs. Ideally located between the Futuroscope park (10 minutes) and Poitiers' city center (15 minutes). We'll be happy to welcome you & share our good addresses in the surroundings!
