Bernried - mehrfach schönstes Dorf Bayerns - liegt am Westufer des Starnberger Sees. Der unter Landschaftsschutz stehende Bernrieder Park (ca. 80 ha) bietet viele Wanderwege und direkte Zugänge zum See. Das kulturelle Angebot (u.a. Buchheim Museum) ist attraktiv. Von Bernried ist man auch mit dem ÖPNV schnell in München und in den Bergen. Unsere Ferienwohnung verbindet Altes und Modernes. Vier Generationen haben in diesem Haus ihre Spuren hinterlassen und machen aus diesem Ort etwas Besonderes.

Unsere mit Liebe, neu renovierte Wohnung, liegt idyllisch gelegen in der kleinen Siedlung Wachlehen ca. 3 km von der Stadt Miesbach entfernt. Sie befindet sich im EG mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einem offenen Wohn- u Essbereich mit Zugang zur Westterrasse. Die zwei Schlafzimmer haben ein Boxspringbett. Ideal für eine kl. Familie oder 2 befreundete Paare. Um in das 2. Schlafzimmer zu gelangen muss man durch das Badezimmer gehen. Eigentlich nicht schlimm aber ich möchte darauf hinweisen.

Convenient Stylish Oasis

From here you can reach Munich's city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as the Oktoberfest easily by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 min. The Allianz Arena is just as easy to get to by public transport. For further excursions we recommend the largest spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park as well as exploring many swimming lakes. Vacation home in quiet location

The apartment is on the first floor of the family house. Next to it is our riding stable and nature (meadows, forest and the lake). The sofa can be folded out to a sofa bed where 2 children or one adult can sleep. If necessary, a large, cozy folding mattress (1.20 m wide, 15 cm thick) can be added. It is 3 km to the train station in Tutzing. By train you can get to Munich in 30 minutes and the mountains in the other direction. It is about 10 minutes to walk to the lake.

Our historic house is located close to a creek and is the perfect place for a break on the beautiful Ammersee. As a young family, we know what it means to go on vacation with small children and lots of luggage. That's why we want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. From our own parking lot, ground-level entrance, crib and baby chair to a stationary changing table, we have placed great importance on things that are also important to us on our own trips.

The architect made optimal use of the hillside location to the east for the apartment located in the basement. In addition to stays for business reasons, the apartment is also suitable for holidays in the Chiemgau. Munich is easily accessible via the subway from Messestadt Ost (26 minutes to the subway).
