The swimming spots of Glindow, Petzow and Werder are on bicycle distance. 8 km away is the asparagus farm Klaistow with petting zoo, playground, climbing park and wildlife enclosures. Worth a visit include the painting village of Ferch or Caputh. In Werder you can rent a boat or raft or explore the Havel Lakes by boat.

Spacious, bright and right in the middle of the 2nd floor of an original old Berlin building Surrounded by numerous cafes, restaurants, galleries and shops, it is still quiet. Many sights such as the Museum Island, the Wall Memorial, Hackescher Markt and Oranienburger Straße can be easily explored on foot from here. Public transport is only a few minutes away.

In spring 2020 we acquired the property, it has 5 holiday homes. This one, number 7/1, was just completely renovated last year with a lot of love and now we look forward to seeing you! The sunny cottage is slightly elevated as the first house on the property, catching the sun for you and holding it (hopefully all the time ;) ) for you. The sunny cottage has a living room, the kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed and the bathroom with shower.

Stunning views over Lake Beetz, access to the on-site beach and a boat mooring just a 5-minute walk from the holiday property. On the 4000 sqm fenced holiday area you will find a playground to romp around and a sauna to relax. Rowing boat on request. Camping on the holiday site is also possible by arrangement.
