Eco Luxury Loft in Memorial

The Apartment is located in Brandenburg’s most famous former ‘Lost Place’ and today historical site Beelitz-Heilstätten, built in 1902 as a sanatory. The building has been completely renovated and luxuriously modernized while keeping its charme and preserving historic details. As a designer, I designed the loft's bespoke interior myself using eco-friendly, high quality materials only. The building is surrounded by a large , parc-like, community garden and a private forest.

Apartment with sauna - cool and stylish, for 1-2 people

Very stylish and realized in collaboration between architect / interior designer / furniture designer (sofa bed!) with separate shower room, 31 sqm of living space, separate, private entrance and access to the barrel sauna. All furniture as individual custom made, kitchen countertop and dining bar concrete/ woodworking/ epoxy resin. Shower room with concrete trowel technology, whereby the shower and toilet could not be separated due to the very limited space situation.

Die Ferienwohnung LOFT 2d ist ruhig gelegen in einem Hinterhof und bietet Platz für zwei Personen. Auf zwei Etagen und einer großzügigen Dachterrasse mit Loungemöbeln lassen sich erholsame Stunden allein oder zu zweit verbringen. Möchten Sie entspannen, bietet die Ferienwohnung alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigen. Im Sommer bietet die Dachterrasse zum Sonnenbaden ein. Im Winter punktet die Ferienwohnung durch einen Panorama-Kamin.

The kitchenette is equipped with the essentials you need for cooking. Directly in the tiny house you can use a modern bathroom with shower and toilet.

In the middle of the forest, on the edge of the natural park and hiking paradise Schlaubetal, this house is located in a holiday home settlement on Lake Pinnower (200 meters). Hiking, walking, cycling, swimming, swimming, fishing or paddling in the nearby Spreewald.
